John William Yeo Jr., 67, passed away Friday, June 26, 2026 at the VA Hospital in Des Moines, IA. A Celebration of Life will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 20 at Calvary Baptist Church in Indianola. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Inurnment with Military Honors will be held 12:30 p.m., Monday, July 20 in the Iowa Veterans Cemetery, Adel, IA.

John is survived by his mother, Rosemary Yeo; nieces and nephews, Heather (Shaun) Moreland, Adam Cramer and Eric Cramer; aunts, Joyce O’Donnell, (Nolan) Glenadine Etter; uncle, James (Jan) Welshons as-well-as, other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John William Yeo Sr.; sister, Cheryl (Doug) Cramer; nephew, Joe Cramer; grandmother, Emma Welshons.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church in Indianola in his memory.
