Private family services for Ronald "Joe" Marvin, 82, who went home to be with his Lord and Savior Friday, December 18th, 2020, will be held Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020.  Friends may join the family on our Livestream beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Joe's obituary page of Overton Funeral Home's website.  Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. in the Iowa Veterans Cemetery at Van Meter.

Joe is survived by his wife Janice of almost 62 years; children, Kathy (Rick) Cary, Mikel (Leslie) Marvin; grandchildren Ashley Cary, Maegen Marmon, Andrew (Breeann) Cary, Madeline Marvin, Brandon (Christina) Britt; great-granddaughters, Lily, Ella, Mila and Harper; siblings, Beverly Kirby, Marlene Maul, and Gale Marvin.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Mardell and Vivian Marvin; daughter, Jody Britt and brother, Sam Marvin.
