JESSE L. SPENCER Norwalk Jesse L. Spencer, 70, passed away Monday, January 14, 2013 at home in Norwalk. Private services will be held in the Norwalk Cemetery, Norwalk, IA. He is survived by his wife Dolores; children, Tony, Sandy, Christina, Craig and Eric; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers and seven sisters.
