Services for Jeffrey L. Raymond Sr., 63, who died Monday, January 21, 2008 at home will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, January 24 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Indianola with burial following in the I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Jeff was born in and was a life long resident of Indianola.  He worked as a dispatcher for a trucking company being previously employed by Fawn Engineering in West Des Moines.  He enjoyed golf, his family and friends.  He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and a long time member of the Indianola Country Club.

He is survived by his wife, Linda; daughter, Candace (Michael) Christensen and children, Zach and Ethan of Indianola; daughter-in-law, Margaret Raymond and children, Jessie, Jeffrey Dean, Jarrod, Janine and Savannah of Altoona; and half brother, Stephen (Annette) Duncan of Dallas, TX.  He was preceded in death by his mother, son Jeffrey Jr. and infant grandson Jacob.

Visitation will be held 3 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 23 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends from 5 – 8 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be given to Redeemer Lutheran Church, Indianola Country Club or Hospice of Central Iowa.
