James L. Fetters, Jr., was born on August 25, 1929, to Harvey (Mike) and Vera Musselman Fetters and made his journey to Heaven on December 8, 2010, from complications of a stroke. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Michael. Jim is survived by his wife Patricia, daughter Michelle (Tom) Steen, son Scott (Kelley) Fetters, grandchildren Aaron (Ashley), Adam, Hannah, and Ashlee, and great-grandson Charlie James. He is also survived by brother Wendell (Jean) Fetters, sister Juanita Fetters Sassaman, nieces Pam (Steve) Jones, Janet Davis, Wendy (Lee) Lundeen, Kim (Mark) Hahn, and nephew Andy (Teri) Fetters, and the number of friends too large to count. Known for being a loving tease, for his great hugs and generous heart, he was also called "The Guide" on family fishing vacations in Canada. He is once again guiding us all to follow him to Heaven by accepting Jesus as Savior. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 14 at the First Assembly of God Church in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
