Jack Lewis, 99, of Indianola, Iowa, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025.  A Memorial Service with inurnment of cremains will be in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 20, 2026.

Jack is survived by his children, Steven (Sheryl) Lewis of Queen Creek, AZ, Suzanne (Clint) Young of Emmetsburg, and Jim (Roxanne) Lewis of La Porte City; six grandchildren, Scott Lewis, Mikal Young, JaDee Gloede, Ryan, Doug, and Ben Lewis; ten great-grandchildren, Jenna and Andrew Lewis, Brooke Young, Megan, Joseph and Kianna Gloede, Clair and Julia, Owen and Emma Lewis; and great-great-grandson, Leonardo Lievano IV. Preceding him in death is his wife, Ida; and parents, Palestine and Nettie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in his memory for a donation at a later date.
