Jack Lewis, 99, of Indianola, Iowa, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025.  A Memorial Service with inurnment in the I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Indianola, will be held at a later date.

Jack is survived by his children, Steven (Sheryl) Lewis of Queen Creek, AZ, Suzanne (Clint) Young of Emmetsburg, and Jim (Roxanne) Lewis of La Porte City; six grandchildren, Scott Lewis, Mikal Young, JaDee Gloede, Ryan, Doug, and Ben Lewis; ten great-grandchildren, Jenna and Andrew Lewis, Brooke Young, Megan, Joseph and Kianna Gloede, Clair and Julia, Owen and Emma Lewis; and great-great-grandson, Leonardo Lievano IV. Preceding him in death is his wife, Ida; and parents, Palestine and Nettie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in his memory for a donation at a later date.
