Services for Homer D. Farmer, 81, who passed away Friday, September 12, 2014, will be held 11 a.m. Monday, September 15 at Overton Funeral Home with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Homer is survived by his wife Marjorie; daughter, Jennifer Milani; grandchildren, Kelton, Alexander, Nicholas and Cologino; sister, Jo Ann Witt; and brother-in-law, Otto Heumader. He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Sr. and Georgia Farmer and sister, Betty Jean Heumader. Visitation will be held 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, September 14 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present from 2 to 4 p.m. to greet friends.
