He is survived by his wife, Nadine; daughter, Diana Dee (Jim) Carroll; son, Rex (Debbie) Johnson; daughter, Valerie Johnson-Powell; grandsons, Terry (Michelle) Johnson, Ben Johnson, Andy Johnson, and Anthony Johnson-Powell; great granddaughter, Kaylee Johnson; and extended family members, Carrie, Nathan and Ryan Towns; and one brother, Doyle Johnson.

Visitation will be held 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 2 at Overton Funeral Home, where family will be present from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Memorials may be given to Hospice of Douglas Co. Kansas.
