Services for Geneva Hoover, 82, who died Monday, October 18, 2010 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday, October 21 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Geneva is survived by her children, Becky (Dennis) Pagel, James (Barbara) Hoover of Indianola and David (Linda) Hoover of Des Moines; sister, Marvel Loomis of New Virginia; 3 grandchildren, D.J. Pagel, Constance Snyder and Jimmy Hoover; and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Husband, Ival Hoover; grand daughter, Kimberly Jo "Kimmy Jo" Hoover; brother, Albert Henson; and sister, Mary Hommer.

Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, October 20 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m.  Memorials may be given to the North River Community Church. Online condolences may be sent at www.overtonfunerals.com.
