GARY F. ELBERT Indianola A funeral mass for Gary F. Elbert, 81, who passed away Monday, August 31, 2015 at home, will be held 10 a.m. Friday, September 4 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 210 R63 Hwy, Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Survivors include his children, Terry (Bev) Elbert, Nancy (Ron) Cambron, Tim (Becky) Elbert, Louis (Beth Ann) Elbert, Chuck Elbert, Don (Tracy) Elbert and Angie (Neal) Borgmeyer; siblings, Colleen (Elmer) Schneider and Denny (Mary) Farrell; 14 grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother Marcella Moldt and wife Vivian. Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, September 3 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with family present from 5:30 to 8 p.m., to greet friends. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Gary's name to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
