Frederick  Hutchcroft Jr. passed away on May 6, 2018 at home in Indianola.  He was born May 30, 1924 in Rural Warren County, IA to Frederick and Viola (Conklin) Hutchcroft.

He is survived by children, daughter, Susan (Brad) Campbell of Bettendorf, IA, grandchildren, Emily (Bryan) Fox and Jeremy Campbell; son, Jim (Pam) Hutchcroft of Indianola, grandchildren, Nathan (Laura) Stalder, Jennifer (David) Foster, Rebecca (Shane) Thompson; son, John (Michelle) Hutchcroft of West Des Moines, grandchildren, Clint Hutchcroft, Luke (Hannah) Hutchcroft, Tessa and Sterling Short; great-grandchildren, Jarod Stalder, Patra Fetter, Zoe Foster, Charlotte Thompson, Carissa, Kendall, Jayce, Mason, Karson Fox. He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther; parents; brother, Robert Hutchcroft; sister, Virginia Cronell and granddaughter, Amy Lynn Hutchcroft.

The family would like to thank Julie Ann Carson, Darla Hamilton and Unity Point Hospice for their wonderful care of dad these past few years.

Services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola, IA with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 8, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with family present from 6 to 8 p.m.  Memorial contributions can be made to Center Chapel Church or Unity Point Hospice.  Online condolences may be made at www.overtonfunerals.com.
