FRANCES R. ROSS

Fran Ross, 71, of Carlisle, died December 6, 2016 due to a car accident.  Cremation has taken place with no services to be held at this time.

Fran was born in Louisville, Kentucky and moved to the Des Moines, Iowa area at a young age.  She was the daughter of Lyle and Lois Weldon of Carlisle.  Fran and her late husband Steve were over the road truckers for 17 years.  She most recently worked at Walmart in Indianola.

She is survived by her daughter Patty Hitt of Cedar Hill, MO and two grandsons David and Will.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in the spring.
