Evelyn "Jeanie" Little (Prickett), 73, of Altoona, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 1 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola.  The Celebration of Life Service will begin at 3 p.m.

Jeanie was born on August 8, 1950 in Des Moines, Iowa.  She was the only daughter of six children to Darrel "Ray" and Wilda Prickett.  Jeanie was a graduate of Indianola High School class of 1969.  Jeanie enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and would video chat with them regularly.  She and her husband, Kenny, enjoyed classic cars and would spend many evenings and weekends at car shows.

Jeanie is survived by her husband, Kenny; children, Julie (Ben) Meddows and Jason (Kim) Stewart; step-children, Mary (Mark) Howe and Vickie (Todd) Stewart; grandchildren, Kennedy Meddows, Andrew Stewart and Olivia Stewart; step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; siblings, Leland (Peggy) Prickett, Laverne Prickett, Tom (Nancy) Prickett, Rodney Prickett and Royce (Debbie) Prickett. Jeanie is preceded in death by her parents, Darrel and Wilda Prickett, and sisters-in-law Gerrie Prickett, Kathy Prickett and Margi Prickett.
