Eva Jeanne King, 48, passed away Monday, April 20, 2020 in Des Moines.  Private inurnment of cremains will be held in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  A drive thru visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2020, at the Fairview Community Church.  Visitors will be required to stay in their vehicles and adhere to social distancing while greeting the family.

Eva was born on May 2, 1971 in Des Moines, IA to Ben and Margaret King.  She graduated from Interstate-35 High School in 1989 and received her Culinary Degree from DMACC in Ankeny.  She worked at Indianola Good Samaritan Nursing Home then for Walmart in Indianola.  She loved flowers and sending pictures to everyone.  She enjoyed cooking and looking at pictures of her nieces and great-nieces.

She is survived by her parents, Ben and Margaret King; siblings, Melissa (Kirk) Showers, Jarod (Kelly Nelson) King; nieces, Renee (Ben), Mikayla, Katelynn, Trinity, Olivia, Courtney and Taylor; great-nieces, Samantha and Madison; companion, Raymond Watson.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Luther and Phyllis Middleswart, Earl and Jeanne King and many other family and friends.
