ETHEL OVERTON Knoxville Funeral services for Ethel Overton, 76, who died Monday, October 10, 2011, will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, October 13 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with cremation following. Ethel is survived by her children, Eli Duane Overton III, Renea (Marty) Smith, Dwight (Brenda) Overton, Marlene (Dennis) George; grandchildren, Daniel (Alicia) Overton, Shannon (Randy) Nicholson, Tonya (John) Foster, Chad (Clarissa) Overton, Natalie Overton, Felicia Smith, Shayna Overton; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Ethan, Tiana, & Bentley; siblings, Virnie Goering, Helen Jackson, and Coy Paterson. She was preceded in death by: her husband Eli Duane Overton Jr.; parents, Coy and Jesse Patterson; sisters, Neola Goering, Mable Dittmer, Lorine Busick, Maxine Gillette, May Stall, and brother, Dave Glover.
