ERNA M. MURPHY Indianola Services for Erna M. Murphy, 88, who died Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at Westview Care Center, will be held 2 p.m. Friday, January 13 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Laurel Hill Cemetery in Des Moines. She is survived by her son, Michael (Tina) Murphy; sister, Mary; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband James and son James Lee. Visitation will be held from noon until service time on Friday. Memorials contributions may be given to the family.
