Services for Edith M. Norris, 78, who died Saturday, October 21, 2006 at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, will be held 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 24 at the First United Methodist Church in Indianola of which she was a member. Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

Mrs. Norris is survived by her husband, Harold "Curly" Norris of Indianola; children, Michael (Debbie) Norris of Colleyville, TX, Jim Norris of Indianola; Merrill (Marj) Norris of Clive, Debbie (Royce) Prickett of Indianola and Becky (Mike) Wood of Cedar Rapids; brothers, Jim Rork of California and Fred Rork of Rudd; sisters, Esther Wark of Indianola, Evelyn Brown of Corning and Ella Brosh of Milford; 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held 2:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 23 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola where family will be present to greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Indianola First United Methodist Church.
