Services for Donald Merle Long, 89, who passed away Friday, November 11, 2016, will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, November 14 at the First United Methodist Church in Indianola.

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; son, Wade (Jean) Long; granddaughter, Mackenzie (Bud) Reynolds and great-grandchildren, Zayne Alexander, Hannah Grace and Lucy Jane Reynolds.  He was preceded in death by his parents; son Brent Long and sister, Marjorie L. Hanson.

He was a retiree of Wells Fargo Card Services.

Visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m., Sunday, November 13 at the First United Methodist Church in Indianola where family will be present to greet friends. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to First United Methodist Church, Shriners Hospitals for Children Twin Cities, American Legion Post #165 or Masonic Warren Lodge #53.
