Services for Donald James Kruger, 73, of Indianola, Iowa, who passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026 will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, September 19 at Martensdale Community Church in Martensdale, IA. A Graveside Service will be held a later date in the Greenwood Cemetery, Nashua, IA.

Donald is survived by his loving wife, Brenda; children, James (Laura) Kruger, Jocelyn (Jordan) Salisbury, Joelle (George) Luke; grandchildren, Hazel, Kenani, Aubrielle, Brendan and Brock Kruger, Tobiah, Ezra, August, Amzie Salisbury, Devorah, Samson, Boniface and Mary Luke; mother-in-law, Linda Martin; sisters-in-law, Pat Kruger, Joan Kruger, Laurie (Kevin) Buhrow; brother-in-law, Rick (Shelly) Martin; many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Joyce Kruger; siblings, Kent Kruger, Kerry Kruger; niece, Karmen Kruger; father-in-law, John Martin.

Visitation will be held 4 to 7 p.m., Friday, September 18 at the Martensdale Community Church. Memorials contributions can be made to the family in Donald’s memory.
