Dolores Elaine Burham Wittkopp was born on February 9, 1930 in Des Moines, Iowa to Don and Anna Burham.  Following graduation from North High she lived most of her adult life in Iowa.  The last several years were enjoyed in Arizona until she developed Lou Gehrig's Disease which took her life on October 12, 2017.

Dee enjoyed being a housemother at the Iowa Methodist School of Nursing, later as a Nanny and also traveled around the world on several short term mission teams telling people about Jesus.

She is survived by her daughter, Arlinda Pitman, a granddaughter, her husband and one great granddaughter living in the St Louis area. Her brother, Donald E. Burham, and a grandson preceded her in death.

Memorial services will be held 5 p.m., Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with visitation held one hour prior to service. Memorial gifts may be sent to the Southwest Bible Fellowship in Tempe, Arizona P.O. Box 8436 to purchase Bibles as Dee requested.
