Services for Dee Ann Cross, 74, who passed away Friday, June 25, 2021, will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola.  Cremation will follow services and burial of cremains will be in the Liberty Center Cemetery.

Dee is survived by her children, Don Cross, Lisa (Lee) Fish, Tammy (William) Oswalt, Chuck (Michelle) Cross; grandchildren, Rebecca (Dustin) Johnson, Gary (Courtney) Phillips, Kara (Eli) Stover, Tanya Cross, Ryan Cross, Leland Heckman, Matthew (Chelsey) Heckman, Mitch Cross, Chase Cross, and Megan Cross; 11 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleo and Phyllis Duncan; husband, Dick Cross; son, Ronald Cross; great-grandson, Hunter Hougland; and sister, Linda Duncan.

Dee was born in Fullerton, California to Cleo Charles Duncan and Phyllis Ann Seibert Duncan. She lived the majority of her life in and around Indianola, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Richard eugene Cross July 20 ^th 1963. To this union were born twins boys Ronald and Donald, Lisa, Tammy and Charles. She made her life as mother, homemaker and a vast variety of other jobs. She knew no stranger and was mom to all. She enjoyed her buble gum, Coke Cola, reading and the Chicago Bears. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

The visitation will be held prior to services from 3 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home where the family will be present from 5 to 7 p.m.  Memorials may be given to the family in her name.
