Deborah Ann Terry, 73, of Indianola, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Society of Indianola.  No services will be held at this time. Interment will be held at a later date in the Greenfield Cemetery, Greenfield, Iowa.

Deb was born and raised in Greenfield. Upon graduating from Greenfield High School, Deb moved to Des Moines and worked at Banker's Life.  After her son Justin was born, Deb went to work at Simpson College in 1983, as Secretary of the Music Department for 35 years. She enjoyed her relationships with the faculty and all of the students over the years and was very passionate about taking part in the Madrigal Dinners and Musicals.

Deb is survived by her son, Justin (Elizabeth) Terry; grandchildren, Tatum, Tia, Tori, Teagean and Raland; siblings, Eric (Julie) Carlson, Bill Carlson and Connie Naeve; niece's Dawn Keith, Alison Hightshoe, Amanda Cubit and April Sudbrock. She was preceded in death by her parents Franklin and Joann Carlson.
