Deborah Kay Cowell, 61, passed away Friday, August 3, 2012 at her home in Indianola. Cremation has taken place and burial of cremains will be held at a later date. Debbie is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Jason) Berkley and son, Scott (Marie Phillips) Cowell of Indianola; sister, Janice Quinn; five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleo and Kathleen Webb; husband, Richard Cowell; granddaughter, Jamie Berkley; and a brother, Clifford Webb. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, August 9 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Memorials may be sent to Overton Funeral Home 501 West Ashland Ave. Indianola, IA 50125 to be given to the family in her name.
