Visitation will still be held 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, December 19 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends. DARYL BECKER Liberty Center Services for Daryl Becker, 79, who died Sunday, December 16, 2012 in Des Moines, will be held 1 p.m., Friday, December 21 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Daryl graduated from Ackley High School and was united in marriage to Marian Ruth DeBoer on September 14, 1955 in Ackley, Iowa. The family moved to southern Warren County, Iowa from Parkersburg in 1980. He farmed and worked as a custodian for the Indianola Community School District. Survivors include his sons, Michael (Patti), David (Joan), Jeffrey, John (Nancy) and Daran (Stephanie); grandchildren, Josh, Matt and Luke Becker, Ryan and Darin Cron, Brad, Mark, Scott, Cole, Justin, Aspen, Nate, Kaden, Sierra, Devin and Selia Becker; great-grandchild, Michaela Marie Becker; brothers-in-law, Ron (Max) DeBoer and Jerry (Ruth) DeBoer; and sister-in-law, Sheryl (Bill) Hansen. Preceding him in death were his parents and wife Marian Becker. Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, December 19 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola where family will be present to greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be given to Liberty Center United Methodist Church.
