Memorial services for Darvin W. Brown, 83, who passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the Indianola Good Samaritan Society Nursing Home will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, May 28 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Doris; children, Robert Brown, Kathie Castello, Sue Jackson, Diana Stropes, Rich Cooke and Cheryl Brown; brothers, Doug and Danny Brown; 13 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters.
Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Foundation in Darvin's name.
