Crystal Joy Coe was born December 15, 1960, in Baltimore, Maryland. She later moved to Des Moines, Iowa, where she graduated from Dowling High School in 1978. She continued on to get her CMA at Des Moines Area Community College in 1991, and worked in that field for years, before delivering mail at the Postal Service, and working the registers at Casey's and Hy-Vee. She had a very feisty spirit with a really big heart. Crystal loved shopping, gardening, baking, relaxing in the pool, and time spent with family and friends, especially her best friend with paws, Missy.

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Crystal Joy Coe, 64, of Indianola, Iowa, who passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025, will be held 12 to 3:30 p.m., Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 34 School Street in Carlisle, Iowa 50047.

Crystal is survived by her children, Brady Coe, Brandy (Dale Hamilton) Coe, Zach (Sarah Kuyrkendall) Coe, and Natalea (Kolby Sabin) Webb; grandchildren, Sierra (Bret) Miller, Dale Hamilton III, Morgan Hamilton, Aireanna Coe, Zachary Coe Jr., Everly Coe; great-grandchildren, Rylie, Brinley, Braylee and Westyn; brother, Tom Jenkins; and her constant companion dog Missy. She was preceded in death by the fathers of her children, Gary Coe and Randy Webb; parents, Thomas Jenkins and Betty Palmer; and granddaughter, Aleena Coe.

Memorials may be given in Crystal's memory, to her family to purchase a headstone.
