A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Connie Spangler, 73, who died Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at home, will be held 2 p.m., Monday, August 22 in the Heritage Room at The Village in Indianola. Connie is survived by her husband, Richard; son, Kyle (Vicky) Forst of Knoxville; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Connie's name to Wesley Hospice.
