Mr. Baughman was born in Leon, Iowa. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and sitting on his porch visiting with family and friends.

He is survived by wife, Anna Baughman of Indianola; son, Ronald Baughman of Osceola; daughter, Pamela Kent of Woodburn; step son, David Crawford of Council Bluffs; step daughters, Betty Minella of Norwalk and Beverly Rigg of Indianola; brother Doyle Baughman of Lamoni; sister, Jean Toney of Osceola; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 3:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 1 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. to greet friends. Memorials may be designated to the Fellowship Community Church in Norwalk.
