Charlotte was born in Warren County, Iowa near New Virginia. She had been a resident of Westview Care Center since February of 2006. Previously she was a resident of the Christian Opportunity Center in Indianola for 13 years where she had worked and competed in Special Olympics.

She is survived by her brothers, Charles (Jeanette) Baker of Norwalk and David (Connie) Baker of Winterset; sister, Dixie (Donald) Heimbaugh of Des Moines; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., Thursday, December 6 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends.
