Services for Charles P. Silvius, 76, of Indianola, who passed away Thursday, February 8, 2018 will be held at 11 a.m.Tuesday, February 13 at Overton Funeral Home, Indianola.  Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. prior to services at the funeral home.  Interment with military rites will follow at New Virginia Cemetery, New Virginia.

Chuck is survived by his children, Charles Silvius, Jr., of Indianola, Daniel Silvius of Tucson, AZ, Samuel Silvius of Des Moines, Theresa Johnson of Tucson, AZ, Dolores Herrera of Phoenix, AZ, Yvette Silvius of Phoenix, AZ, and Denise Silvius of Tucson, AZ; step- children, Nicole Graham of  Indianola, Dustin Dittmer of Garden Grove, IA and Darin Dittmer of Milo; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Sharon Dale Rose Ranson and Kenneth Silvius.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Anna Marie Silvius and siblings, Janice Alger, Ashby Silvius and Thomas Silvius III.
