Graveside services for Charles Edward Long, Jr., 63, who passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 17 in the Calvary Cemetery, Stuart, Ia. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Long; daughter, Heather (Paul) Fisher of Altoona; step-daughters, Cindy Robison of New Virginia and Sandra Saluri of Des Moines; grandchildren, Matthew, Christina and Cassandra Corley, Ben and Amber Robison, Nick and Taylor Saluri; sister, Penny Long of Clive and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Wanda Long; sister, Jean Wyer; son, Christopher Long; step-son, Frank Robison Jr. Visitation will be held 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 16 at Overton Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
