You are invited to join a celebration of the life of Catherine "Kitty" Reed who died on April 21st, 2009. Kitty was greatly loved and admired by all who knew her; as a wife, mother, big sister, friend, teacher and lover of life. She added beauty to the world in which we live, and her enduring presence in our memories will be cherished by all who were fortunate to have her in our lives.

Kitty was passionate about the many years she worked in banking for Merchants, Hawkeye, Brenton and Principal Banks. Work to Kitty was about more than a job or tasks to be completed. It was about people, customers, co-workers. She was committed to being a mentor and trusted friend.

Kitty is survived by her husband, Rudy Frey; sons, Rob and Mike; step daughters, Angela and Nicole. She was Grandma to Tyler and Riley, daughter to Bob and Beth and step mom, Minerva. She was big sister to Laura, Mark, Dan and Amy.

Kitty's presence in the lives of those who loved and admired her will be greatly missed. But her enduring spirit will remain forever in our memories.
