CAROL "DIANE" HEADRICK Urbandale Services for Carol "Diane" Headrick, 54, who died Friday, June 10, 2011, at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines, will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, June 13 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Dale of Urbandale; sons, Jered (Amy Tigner) Headrick of Des Moines and Ryan (Kristina) Headrick of Hartford; mother, Dorothy Manley of Milo; brothers, Robert (Vicky) Manley of Urbandale, Richard (Marti) Manley of Altoona and Roger (Sue) Manley of Milo; grandson, Skylar Headrick and another grandchild on the way; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Forrest Manley and sister-in-law, Diana Manley. Visitation will be held 1 to 4 p.m., Sunday, June 12 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given in Dianes name to Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines.
