Memorial Services for Calvin Junior Mealey, 90, who passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017, at home in Des Moines, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 25 at Overton Funeral Home with visitation held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. prior to services. Burial of cremains will be held at a later date in the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Survivors include his son, Michael (Beth) Mealey; grandchildren, Todd (LeeAnne) Mealey, Mindie (Curtis) Dumas and Madie Mealey; great-grandchildren, Sami Mealey, Alexander and Kyla Dumas; loving companion, Beverly Schoondyke. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Mealey; brother, James Mealey.
