Blaire was born in California and had lived in Yosemite National Park and West Des Moines the past three years before moving to Clive. She worked for Petsmart in Clive as a dog groomer and enjoyed music and traveling.

She is survived by her husband, Clayton Guthrie of Clive; mother, Jan Riley of Barstow, CA; father, Glenn DeLorenzo of Newton, IA; brothers, Glenn DeLorenzo Jr. of Vacaville, CA, C.J. Riley of Barstow, CA, and Spencer DeLorenzo of Pleasantville; sister, Baily Riley; and half sister, Ralene DeLorenzo of Newton.
