Services for Billy E. Smith, 81, who passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 at home in Des Moines, will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 16 at the Faith Independent Assembly Church in Des Moines where family will be present to greet friends from 10 to 11 a.m. with burial following in the New Virginia Cemetery, New Virginia, IA. Survivors include his wife, Mildred; children, Randy Smith, Beverly McKinney, Sheryl (Tom) Reilly; brother, Jim Smith; sister, Sue Hoyt; grandsons, Matthew and Clayton McKinney; great-grandson, Evan McKinney and great-granddaughter, Isabella Beckman.
