Services for Beverly "Bev" Jensen, 88, of Indianola, IA, who passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at home from cancer, will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 30, 2021, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola, with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

Bev enjoyed watching the Hawkeyes and Cubs, knitting, playing bridge, was an avid sports fan, and loved spending time with friends and family. Bev was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Bev is survived by her sons, Doug (Julie), and Randy (Lori) Jensen; daughters, Cheri (Bill) Freeman, Trudi Rieckhoff, and Brenda (Tony) Methlie; grandchildren, Chad Curnes, Allison (Donny) Townsend, Alicia Fucaloro, Adam Jensen, Tia (Jonathan) Nation and Nyah Rieckhoff; great-grandchildren, Marah Fucaloro, Jacob Curnes, Jenna Curnes, Emma Townsend, Aliyah Forkner, Ashley Curnes, Eva Jensen, and Jasper Townsend; siblings, Denny Blatchford, Dean (Marnie) Blatchford, Leona Young and Lois Ailene (Sam) Gochenour.

She was preceded in death by her husband Beryl of 55 years; parents, Raymond and Imogene Blatchford; siblings, Loren, Keith, and Dewey Blatchford; brother-in-law, Vern Young; sisters-in law, Donna, Lucile, Dee and Marilyn Blatchford; and son-in-law, Brad Rieckhoff.

Visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m., Sunday, August 29, 2021 at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions can be made to the First United Methodist Church in her name.
