Services for Bettie Mae Blunk, 82, who died Thursday, January 22, 2009 at the Indianola Good Samaritan Center, will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 27 at the First Assemby of God Church in Indianola with burial following in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Becky (Butch) Hedeen of Indianola; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; brother, LeRoy DeSmidt of Capitola, CA; and sister, Barbara (Marvin) Hoover of Lehigh, IA.  She was preceded in death by two husbands and one daughter Vickie Stuart.

Visitation will be held from 3 – 8 p.m. Monday, January 26 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola where family will be present from 6 – 8 p.m. to greet friends.  Memorials may be given to Indianola Good Samaritan Center or First Assembly of God Church in Indianola.
