Private burial services for Berniece Lovell, 92, who passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017, at The Village, will be in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

Berniece was born April 9, 1925 in Adair, Iowa the daughter of Clifford Boyd and Carrie Geneva (Armstrong) Lovell.  She graduated from Wiota Consolidated.  Berniece was a world traveler and was an avid card player.  She published three books and enjoyed photography.

She retired from Principal Financial as a Pension Administrator at the age of 65.

She is survived by her nephews, Jerry Lovell, Kelly Lovell; nieces, Vicki Reeves and Kimberly Lovell; great nieces and nephews, Jason Lovell, Jeffrey Lovell, Joshua Lovell, Eric Lovell, Gwen Kollath, Ryan Lovell, Kacy Reeves and Dustin Lovell; and several great-great nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Geneva Lovell; brother and sister-in-law Max and Ruth Lovell.
