A Celebration of Life Service for Bernard Ray Nash, 91, of Indianola, who passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023 at home, will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with private inurnment of cremains in the Indianola I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  The family will greet friends prior to services from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

Known for fixing anything from a tractor to a flat-screen television, Bernard spent many years as a flight instructor and owner of a television and satellite business in Indianola. He later retired to spend time on his farm growing crops while tending to his cattle and continuing to help his lifelong customers with TV problems.

Bernard is survived by his wife Emily; children, Daniel (Nadine) Edgington, Kelly (Don) Moen, Jolene Edgington and Angela (Michael) Mas; grandchildren, Benjamin (Terra) Edgington, Duncan (Kristi) Edgington, Michael (Amy) Moen, Stephen Moen, Tate Edgington, Jessica (Ryan) Young, Aaron Orey, Alexander (Aditi) Mas and Nicholas Mas; great-grandchildren, Emily Moen, Ethan Moen, William Edgington, Oliver Edgington and Roczen Moen.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Opal (Morgan) Nash; sisters, Carol Grover and Joyce Nash.

Memorials may be given in memory of Bernard to Kiya Koda Humane Society in Indianola.
