Becky Lea Keeney, 70, of Milo, Iowa was born to Jack and Doris Young on October 26, 1951 in Indianola, Iowa.  She went home to be with the Lord on November 16, 2021 at home.

Becky spent her entire life in Milo, Iowa.  She attended Southeast Warren schools, then she married the love of her life, Martin Keeney on October 29, 1971.  They recently just celebrated 50 years of marriage together.  She retired in December, 2016 as the Branch Manager with Peoples Bank in Milo.

Becky enjoyed vacations with her family and Mustang rides with Martin. Nothing made her happier than having all her family together. She always joked about wanting us to get "snowed in" at her and Martin's home with their three children, spouses, and grandchildren and enjoying each other's company and cooking a huge breakfast together the next morning.  Becky was the most supportive of her entire family and never complained about anything in life.

Becky is survived by her husband of 50 years, Martin; children, Brian (Julie) Keeney, David (Crystal) Keeney, Jackie (Dustin) Purcell; grandchildren, Bryce and Brianna Keeney, McKenzie and Zach Keeney, Shay, Beau and Shelby Purcell; brother, Mark (Jodi) Young.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Doris Young; sister, Nancy Kemp.

Celebration of life services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with inurnment following in the Belmont Cemetery, Milo, IA.

Visitation will be held 5 to 7 p.m., Monday, November 22 at Overton Funeral Home where family will be present to greet friends. Memorials may be given in her name to Milo Fire and Rescue.
