BARRY C. DUNCAN

Barry C. Duncan was born at Luke Air Force Base in Phoenix, Arizona. The family moved to the farm in Lineville, Iowa, where the boys started school. They moved to California and back to Phoenix where Barry graduated from high school in 1961. He graduated from Simpson College with a BA in business administration. Barry joined the United States Navy in 1966 and was stationed aboard the SS Kearsarge Air Craft Carrier. He worked at Principal in Des Moines and Rieikes Brothers Sales and eventually started his own home repair service retiring in 2007.

Survivors include his brother, Jim (Karen) Duncan; nieces and nephews, Deanna Hommer, Wes (Abbey) Duncan and Kristi (Dave) Dierking; and 12 great nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place with burial of cremains to be in the Liberty Center Cemetery. Memorial services will be private. Memorials may be given in Barry's name to the American Legion Post #165.
