Funeral services for Barbara J. Peterson, 69, who died Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the Westview Care Center in Indianola, will be held 1:30 p.m., Friday, November 19 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at Overton Funeral Home and burial will be in the Russell Cemetery Russell, IA. Barbara was very dedicated to her nursing career and enjoyed spending time with her friends at Westview Care Center. She is survived by her sons, Scott (Cindy) Peterson of Indianola and Richard Peterson of Chariton; sister, Patricia Murillo; grandchildren, Jason (Heather) Peterson, Edward and Todd Peterson; eight great-grandchildren; and two nephews.
