Albert L. Norris, 90, passed away, Friday, August 17, 2012 at Bright Kavanagh House in Des Moines. No services are planned and his body has been donated to Des Moines University. Albert was born in Indianola and graduated from Indianola High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII in the European and Pacific Theaters. Albert farmed in southern Warren County near New Virginia and drove a truck for Crouse Cartage Co. He and his wife Peggy moved to Indianola in 2006. He is survived by his wife, Peggy; sons, John and Paul (Nancy) Norris; one granddaughter Becky Nickell and three great-grandchildren, Colton, Logan and Natalie Nickell.
