Services for A. Louise Kirkpatrick, 77, who passed away Monday, June 24, 2013 in Des Moines, Iowa, will be held 11 a.m, Friday, June 28, at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with visitation 2 hours prior to service. Burial will follow in the Sandyville Cemetery, Sandyville, IA. A. Louise Kirkpatrick was born in Indianola, Iowa to Kenneth and Wilma Chaplin. She lived the last 7 years in Indianola and previous 27 years in Des Moines where she worked for Grandview Park Baptist Church and the State Economic Development as a clerk. She loved reading, traveling and needlework. Louise is survived by her husband, William of Indianola, Iowa; children, Robert (Tammy) Kirkpatrick of Maxwell, Iowa, Cindy (Richard) Leeper Frisco, Texas; brothers, Wendell, Dean, John, Gary, David and Jim Chaplin; sisters, Lois Bennett and Janice Benge; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons Fredrick and Edward Kirkpatrick.
